There was no recall. No warning label. No letter in the post. Plastic went into the food supply, the water, the packaging and the pans, and the only people tracking what it does to a human body have been publishing quietly for years.
In 2025 researchers published what they found in human brain tissue. Not in a lab animal. In people. Roughly seven grams of plastic, about a spoon’s worth. The brains carrying the most of it belonged to people who had been diagnosed with cognitive decline. That study is public. So is every other number on this page.
Here is the part that matters. Your liver is excellent at clearing what it can break down, and it handles almost everything you meet in a day. But plastics and forever chemicals were engineered specifically not to break down. That was the selling point in the 1940s. There is no human enzyme for them, because nothing in our history ever required one.
What your body cannot clear, it stores. That is not a failure of willpower or discipline. It is a system doing the safest thing available to it.
So we went looking for something that could do the one job the body has no tool for. We found it in a mineral that forms where the earth meets seawater over thousands of years, with a crystal structure full of microscopic cages and a natural charge that pulls those compounds in and holds them shut.
